Lightning Head - Me & Me Princess

The Best Seven label seeks to explore the influences of the “mother” Reggae/ Dub in Clubmusic today, very much in the same way funk, soul, latin and brasil have been rediscovered in the past.
The idea behind the first of a series of 7 Inchs is to releases tracks featuring the Dancehall-Riddim idea, using the soundscape of various more or less freestyle producers such as: Rockers Hifi, Dego, Jazzanova, Uptight Productions, Frederic Galliano, Shantel etc.. All tracks will come out with different artist names giving lesser known producers a chance.
The first Single “Me and Me Princess” comes via a close friend from Birmingham Lightning Head featuring the vocals and Lyrics of the Reggae Singer Singing Bird on the A-Side and a masterfull Dub on the B. The Dub with a Latin-tinge should be very appealing to beat-addicted Headz.
As to the future … you will never know whodunit.
