Seeds - Dancehall Credentials
This is the second cut on the Best Seven label, again a mysterious 7 Inch. This second Single “Dancehall Credentials” comes via London from an outfit by the name of Seeds feat. Felix Banton (a 2Bof4 production) another sprout from the big jamaican Banton family. In fact this dancehall-tune was engineered and produced right next to King Tubbys old studio. Check out the lyrics and look out for the props to Dego “Ranks”. Again we have the A and the B-Side. Both sides should rock floors worldwide. Dis is a killah riddim!
The idea behind this series of 7 Inches is to release tracks featuring the Dancehall-Riddim idea, using the soundscape of various more or less freestyle producers such as: Rockers Hifi, Dego, Jazzanova, Uptight Productions, Frederic Galliano, Shantel etc.. All tracks will come out with different artist names giving lesser known producers a chance.
